Hello!

My sites use MySQL databases (now they are on Dallas Server) and since some hours I can't connect to them. I can't open them even from DNP. Am I alone?

No, you're not alone. I've contacted support about database issues as well.

I only have one site using MySQL but to my knowledge it has been working fine today. Good luck.

I have three sites that have been down for nearly 24 hours.  This is totally unacceptable down time.  What's worse is that I've cycled through three MySQL servers with Ultima over the past several months because one was painfully slow and another regularly down.  Over two hours ago support told me they'd be online shortly...

Exactly same story happened to me.

 

And it is still down...

This delay is getting to be absurd.  It's been over 24 hours now.  I can't believe there's no post on this thread from support.

Servers still don't work...

Nearly 48 hours...

My plan expires in two months...  Anyone know of any good alternative hosts?
