One of our Dallas servers suffered hard drive corruption on Friday 2nd May. We have replaced the hard drive and reloaded the operation system which was also corrupt. Unfortunately at this stage we have been unable to start the VPS service. The Virtuozzo team have been working on this since Saturday morning and the latest advice is that we need to reload the operating system. This will be taking place on Sunday morning. On that is done the Virtuozzo team will again attempt to restart the VPS service.

ETA for the service resumption is Monday 5th May at 9am Dallas time (GMT -6)

At this stage the Virtuozzo team have still been unable to start the Virtuozzo service which is critical for running the VPS. They are still working on a solution and will update us in 3 hours.

All VPS's are back online now apart from our Enterprise MSSQL VPS which is showing problems with compatibility. Once that is fixed we will update this post.
